Refresher course for STC Alumni in Vietnam

From 23rd of November to 4th of December 2009, STC-Group is organising a Refresher Course for ex-fellowship students in South-East Asia. The locally established STC-branch in Ho Chi Minh City will serve as host location.
The Refresher Course is funded by the Netherlands Government through the Netherlands Fellowship Program (NFP). 20 seats are available to students who graduated at least two years ago. In other words fellowship alumni graduated from STC / IMTA no later than in 2007 can be admitted. Preference will be given to women in accordance with NFP criteria.
STC-Group is an education institution with worldwide actvities in education, training, research and consultancy services for the entire shipping, port, and transport sector, including the (petro-)chemical industry. With home base in The Netherlands, STC-Group is renowned for training and education programs covering the entire transport chain for professions as all levels. STC-Group has the largest maritime simulator park in the world. STC-Group has established the Netherlands Maritime University that is offering international management programs for maritime professionals. The successful Master Shipping and Transport program will start its fourth class in September of this year.
For many years STC-Group has been offering the course Diploma Management Studies in Port and Shipping Management – also known as DMS program – in Rotterdam. This 8-month post-graduate course provides the participants not only with a solid basis in management but also with in-depth knowledge of the port and shipping sector and the latest developments in transport management.
