1. Where can I find out information about study in The Netherlands?

2. How do I apply to an institution in The Netherlands?
Every institution has its registration form on its website. You complete the registration form and send it to the institution together with your academic records, qualifications and other required documents.
3. Do I need a visa to study in The Netherlands?
Yes, in order to obtain the visa for the Netherlands, the procedure requires you to work together with the University to process your application. The application documents must be sent minimum 3 months before you start with your study. The university will put in your application for a visa. The visa will be issued by the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Hanoi or Consulate General of the Netherlands in Ho Chi Minh City.

Mostly used scholarships are Huygens, OTS and NFP. It does pay to check of other type of scholarships are available for you.
5. How much does it cost to study in The Netherlands?
Tuition fees will vary depending on the courses or institutions. We just provide average costs as a guide. Tuition fees for a bachelor program range from € 3,500 to € 7,000; master courses range from € 8,000 to € 19,000.
Living costs too will vary by location, course and lifestyle. It is about € 700/ month.
6. What are the entry requirements for an undergraduate program?
You must have a high school certificate or equivalent and a sufficient level of English proficiency such as TOEFL 550 or IELTS 6.0. Each institution has their owned entry requirements.
7. How long does it take me for an undergraduate course?
It takes three to four years for a bachelor program, depending on programs to programs
8. What are the entry requirements for a postgraduate program?
You must have a relevant bachelor degree and TOEFL 575 or IELTS 6.5 to 7.0. Some institutions require experiences and GMAT. Institutions will assess whether you meet the requirement.
9. How long does it take for a postgraduate course?
Normally, it lasts one year to two years for a master program. It depends on the fields of study.
10. Can I study English Preparation program before the main course?
Yes, some institutions have the preparatory courses for international students.
If you want to study English preparation program, please check the institution website to make sure that institution provides this course.
The preparatory is usually designed for students who need to upgrade their English level with 0.5 or 1.0 point IELTS to be admitted to bachelor or master courses. It means that you also have at least IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL 500 to apply for the preparatory course. Therefore we highly recommend that you should get a sufficient English level in Vietnam before going to the Netherlands to study to save your cost and time.
11. Can I use English in daily life?
Yes, 80% of Dutch people can speak English well.
12. Can I work while I am studying?

13. What is the weather like in the Netherlands?
In winter (from December to February), the temperature is about 1- 4oC.
In summer (from June to August), it is usually warm and dry with the spells of cool and wet weather.
The yearly average temperature ranges from 9.0 to 10.4 °C (January: 2.0-3.8; July 16.5-17.7)
