1. Introduction:
Neso Vietnam and VNRecruitment cooperate to offer training courses in CV writing/interview training for Vietnamese alumni after completing their studies in the Netherlands. The training courses which are regarded as Neso VN – VNRecruitment grants will be conducted in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City.
2. Goal:
To help the Netherlands’ alumni to get a free of charge training about CV writing and interview in order to join the world of work. Upon joining the courses, alumni also will receive free counseling and recommendation of job vacancies in the market from VNRecruitment.
3. About VNRecruitment

4. Content of the courses:
The training courses will be conducted in groups of 6 attendants and will take place in
- Ha Noi on 4 July 2009.
- Ho Chi Minh City on 11 July 2009
The form of the training will be an interactive workshop in which the attendant will play an active role.
Some topics that will be dealt with are:
- CV writing
- Structure
- Content
- Customization
- Preparing for the interview
- Questions to expect
- Questions to ask
- Information about the company
- Knowledge about the vacancy and the ideal candidate
- Behavior during the interview
- Verbal, non-verbal
During the interview part, much emphasis will be put on role playing and providing feedback on the behavior of the candidates during that role playing.
5. Trainer:
The courses will be led by a Dutch expert in the field of Human Resource Management, Jos Langens – Business Director of VNRecruitment.
6. Criteria for attendants:
Any students who have studied in the Netherlands for more than 3 months can register to participate in the course, on the basis of:
- First come, first serve
- Fresh alumni have more advantage.
