The East Central Vietnam Programme

The East Central Vietnam Programme is comparable to the M1000, but differs in two aspects: the former focuses on capacity building in East Central Vietnam and is administered by the Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh city while the M1000 caters to the needs of the Mekong Delta and is administered by the Can Tho University.
